Trail of Terror scares in Halloween season
The annual Trail of Terror took place over the weekend. The Liberal Police Department uses volunteers to scare the community along the trails of Arkalon Park. All proceeds go to Shop with a Cop, a fund that helps to buy Christmas presents for children.
