On Tuesday, Feb. 17, Liberal celebrated their 77th annual International Pancake Day. Starting off with the Pancake Day feed in the morning, the day continued with the following youth races, the Mascot Race, the Last Chance Race, the Men’s Pacer Race and the International Pancake Day Race. Festivities then led to the Shriving Service at the First United Methodist Church, the Pancake Day Parade down Kansas Street in the afternoon, and finally Pancake Day Trivia at Cozy Corner in the evening.
