Saints win home opener over Trinidad

The Saints used a steady attack Tuesday to beat Trinidad State College, 85-72. The win brings Seward County to a 2-1 record. They play next Nov. 13 against Western Nebraska Community College at 6 p.m. in the Greenhouse.
Ahamadou Sillah turns the corner toward the basket while Trinidad’s Jovaughn Wright sticks to him like glue for defense. The Saints won the home opener 85-72 and brought their record to 2-1 for the season. Sillah finished the night with 9 points and 2 steals.
