Lady Saints win 2 over Thanksgiving break

Seward County rolled over Colby Community College and Dodge City Community College during Thanksgiving break. The two wins brings the Lady Saints’ overall record to 5-3 and 3-1 in the conference.
While the men’s team was sidelined due to COVID protocols, the Lady Saints continued their regular schedule. They won easily over Colby, 90-78, and held on for the 69-62 win over Dodge City. The next game will be Wednesday in the Greenhouse at 6 p.m. against Cloud County Community College.
Freshman Bri Linnear outruns Colby’s Oluwabukola Akinsola to turn the corner of the press, breaking it wide open. The Lady Saints won the game, 90-78.
