Seward County Community College will be closed Tuesday to celebrate Liberal’s Pancake Day. This holiday is only celebrated in Liberal and in Only, England. Students, faculty and community members are invited to join in on pancake races, a parade, a pancake flipping contest and most importantly the opportunity to eat pancakes.
