Slow start to season for Saints

The Saints basketball team remains winless at the start of the season, but look towards this weekend’s Billy's/Days Inn Classic to pick up the first win of the season. The Saints will face Clarendon College on Friday and Frank Phillips College on Saturday. Both games will tip off at 8 p.m.

Saints optimistic for spring season

The Saints baseball team continued their fall scrimmages with games against Colorado Lightning and Clarendon College this past weekend. Galen McSpadden, head baseball coach, said, “I liked what I saw this weekend. As long as I can see progress, and that was on the mound, and that was defensively, and that was at the plate, so that’s encouraging.”

Volleyball tops Pratt, runs into stiff competition at tourney

The once nationally ranked No. 11 Seward County Community College Lady Saints volleyball remain undefeated in the conference defeating Pratt and Colby but suffered three losses at Sterling Colo. The Lady Saints now set their sights on also undefeated in conference play Barton County.
