The Lady Saints took on Independence in the Greenhouse on homecoming night. Another successful night for the team with another win.

The Lady Saints took the lead with six points. Independence was coming on strong and both teams were fighting for the lead. Seward stayed strong and set the score at 43-33 at halftime.

Independence wasn’t letting the Lady Saints get by easily. The Lady Saints kept going and finished the game with another win. The final score was set at 78-70. Mollie Mounsey had another great night with it being the eighth game where she scored more than 20 points.

The team’s record is now set at 26-1 and 22-1 in the Jayhawk conference. The Lady Saints will travel to Colby Wednesday night and to Dodge City on Saturday night.
