The Seward County Lady Saints captured their first NJCAA Region VI Championship in 13 years Sunday afternoon in Hutchinson, dominating Colby 3-0 before knocking off the hosts and top seeded Hutchinson 3-1 in the title match to earn a bid to the NJCAA National Tournament in Casper, Wyoming.
