Other events such as the Sweet Celebration Search, Fried Ice Cream Friday and the Jalepeño Eating Contest have taken place in recognition of Hispanic Heritage month. The Sweet Celebration Search will end Oct 14. The student who collects the most lollipop wrappers by this time will win cash. The Jalepeño eating contest winner was Dalibor Kohadarevic after eating a total of nine peppers. An upcoming event  is Fiesta Fun in the Student Living Center on Oct. 14.
